Harveys Casino Resorts gambles on CRM as its next big jackpot
Last summer, Jim Rafferty walked into his boss’ office with an armful of documents to make his case for enterprisewide CRM at Harveys Casino Resorts.
Among the exhibits he presented to executive vice president Wade Hundley were 12 standard letters that had been mailed for years to the casino’s high rollers.
