Brierley & Partners, Dallas, has hired Bruce W. Weiner to serve in the newly created position of senior vice president/chief technology officer. The new position is the result of existing clients requesting the firm’s expertise as they move online, and the growing demand from Internet companies to build loyalty among their users. Weiner will direct the firm’s expansion of its Internet capabilities and the extension of its loyalty expertise into interactive applications. His responsibilities include management of all database, interactive and MIS functions at the company. Weiner comes to Brierley & Partners from First Manhattan Consulting Group in New York.
