Cybershop.com Inc, a Jersey City, NJ-based Internet marketing systems developer, has sold off its domain name and customer lists to make a $900,000 equity investment in e-Commerce Solutions, LLC, which operates customized online marketplaces.
HotSocket, a developer of electronic commerce systems, has formed forming a strategic alliance with database marketing services company Claritas Europe to offer its online platform to Claritas’ client base of European direct marketers.
