BrannWorldwide’s Brann Toronto office has been named the North American Agency of Record for Canadian-owned Obus Forme Ltd. The assignment includes development of the brand’s strategic marketing communications including advertising, direct marketing, online and merchandising strategies. Brann Toronto will launch Obus Forme’s body and backcare products into the U.S.
SkyMall Inc., Phoenix, AZ, has secured $5 million in equity funding through a private placement. The funding will be used for working capital requirements.
