Abacus has appointed two executives. Kyle Thomas has been hired to a new position as executive vice president of sales, product management and marketing. Also, John Lloyd has been promoted to managing director of Abacus International from the role of senior vice president of operations of Abacus. Broomfield, CO-based Abacus is a division of DoubleClick Inc.
O’Currance Teleservices, has expanded its corporate operations into a second location, located at 1785 South 4130 West, Suite F, in Salt Lake City. The new facility will be used primarily for training new sales agents for dedicated desk projects. Agents are trained on-site for up to 60 days before being promoted to work from home. The new facility allows O’Currance Teleservices to increase its agent capacity to 350 virtual agents.
