Eugene P. Beard has been elected to the board of directors at St. Petersburg, FL-based Catalina Marketing Corp., where he will serve on the audit committee. He was already a member of the boards of directors for 59 Wall St., Old Westbury Fund and Mattel Inc. Beard is also chairman and CEO of Westport Asset Fund Inc.
Greg Hopkins has been named executive vice president of business development at TeleTech Holdings Inc., a customer and marketing services firm based in Denver.
