Royal PTT Post BV, the privatized outgrowth of the Dutch post office, has acquired all of database marketing services company Omnidata vof from Reader’s Digest. PTT Post already owns 50% of Omnidata’s shares. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition, “will not affect employment opportunities at Omnidata,” according to PTT Post.
PTT Post reportedly has invested heavily in recent years to provide direct marketing services.
