All consumer postal files have been moved from Edith Roman Associates to Walter Karl Inc. This follows the recent transfer of business files from Walter Karl to Roman. Both companies are operating units of InfoUSA Inc. These changes leave Walter Karl Inc. focused on consumer list properties, while Edith Roman Associates Inc. handles B-to-B lists.
Among the biggest files to be transferred is the Bally Total Fitness Active Members master file with more than 2.6 million records. Walter Karl now oversees the list portfolios of HCI Publishing and Homes and Lifestyle Publishing Co., a division of Wiesner Publishing. The McGraw-Hill Consumers at Home Address and other subscription files, in addition to several catalog files were also moved. The catalog lists include Care-A-Lot Pet Supply, DeSantis Collection, Diamond Essence and Nat Schwartz & Co.
