Respond2 Communications, a direct response television agency, has acquired Rhode Island-based Marketing & Media Services Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
As part of the acquisition, MMSI will remain a separate unit within the company and will offer clients per inquiry DRTV advertising on the Internet.
