Rapp Collins Worldwide has formed Rapp Collins Healthcare, an agency devoted to healthcare clients.
The unit is based in New York City. Caroline Chilvers will serve as managing director. Chilvers had most recently been an executive vice president at Rapp Collins. She will report to Bob Horvath, president of direct marketing at Rapp Collins Worldwide.
Rapp Collins Healthcare launches with more than 40 employees, a figure that will expand as the unit adds to its client list. Offerings include both online and offline direct marketing techniques, as well as account management, brand planning, creative, database management, analytics and production services.
