Robert Horvath, formerly corporate chief financial officer, has been named to the new position of president, direct marketing, with all agency operations reporting into him. Edward R. McNally, Jr., formerly RCW president/chief operating officer, assumes a new role as president, diversified services, where he is responsible for the integration of current and future services and partnerships.
