R.R. Donnelley Online Services, the Internet solutions group of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, Chicago, has purchased an equity stake in Multimedia Live. Multimedia Live provides customized e-commerce solutions. Details of the purchase were not available at deadline.
The two companies have worked together in the past, jointly developing sites for more than 80 merchants including Coldwater Creek (http://www.coldwatercreek.com); Jos. A. Bank (http://www.josbank.com), Pet Food Express (http://www.petfoodexpress.com) and W. Atlee Burpee and Company (http://www.burpee.com).
R. R. Donnelley Online Services provides e-commerce solutions including site design and development, content production services and marketing services.
