Pitney Bowes Inc. has re-organized its structure and formed two internal businesses, the Global Mailstream Solutions and the Enterprise Solutions.
Global Mainstream Solutions will serve mailers and shippers around the world. Murray martin heads up the unit. He was previously the chief of the Global Mailing Systems group.
The Enterprise Solutions unit will focus on delivering systems, software and services to large enterprises. The head of this group will be Matthew Kissner, who was most recently leader of the Pitney Bowes Information Services.
Identifying these two groups as customer-facing, CEO Michael J. Critelli said in a statement, “By segmenting our operations base don customer needs as opposed to our historical structure, we are underscoring our understanding that our future growth will be driven as much by customer focus and relationships as it will by innovation.”
