Pets.com, a San Francisco-based online retailer of pet-related has concluded the acquisition of strategic assets of Petstore.com. for stock and $3 million.
In addition to acquiring certain assets of Petstore.com, Pets.com gains a strategic relationship with Discovery.com Inc. which includes offline media promotion of Pets.com on Discovery cable television networks.
