Omnicom Group Inc. has acquired a majority stake in EVB, an interactive marketing agency in San Francisco.
Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2000 by CEO Daniel Stein and executive creative director Jason Zada, EVB provides digital marketing services that develop long- term brand loyalty for clients.
