OgilvyOne Worldwide, New York, has acquired NoHo Digital, a new media agency in London.
NoHo Digital will merge with OgilvyOne London’s interactive operation. Tim Carrigan, founder of NoHo Digital, will partner with Amanda Merrell, OgilvyInteractive’s director of consulting services, to lead a team of interactive consulting and implementation experts.
OgilvyOne Worldwide is the global direct and interactive marketing network of WPP Group plc.
NoHo Digital’s clients include Virgin, Sony PlayStation, MTV and Egg.
