BURGER KING: is ramping up its breakfast offerings with some new additions. The BK Breakfast Value Meal rolls out Feb. 19 and will feature 10 items with prices starting at $1. The menu includes French toast sticks, a sausage biscuit, hash browns, cinnamon buns, Cheesy Tots, coffee, milk, soda, orange juice and a new Hamlette sandwich, made with ham, cheese and egg.

COCA-COLA NORTH AMERICA: and Raving Brands have signed a long-term beverage marketing agreement at five Raving Brands eateries—Shane’s Rib Shack, Doc Green’s Salads & Grill, Boneheads Grilled Fish and Piri Piri Chicken, Monkey Joe’s and The Flying Biscuit Cafe. The five concepts operate nearly 80 stores in five states with plans to open an additional 120 units over the next two years. The deal is in addition to an existing relationship between Coca-Cola and Moe’s Southwest Grill, Raving Brands flagship brand, with more than 340 stores operating and another 200 planned through 2008.

ASPEN MARKETING SERVICES: has moved to a new office in New York City for its experiential marketing and p.r. divisions. Tim Hanlon, Aspen’s executive vice president, will continue to manage the New York office. Aspen maintains offices in West Chicago, IL, where the agency is based, and in Morristown, NJ, the former headquarters of DVC Worldwide, which Aspen bought last year. The shop also has offices in Atlanta, Detroit, Los Angeles and Tampa. Aspen ranked No. 9 in the 2006 PROMO 100 with 2005 net revenues of $76 million, up 94% from 2003.
