Cartoon Network Enterprises has named Christina Miller as VP, U.S. Consumer Products. Her position went into effect on Tuesday.
In her new role, Miller is in charge of commercial development of Cartoon Network brands into relevant consumer product franchises. She oversees licensing and retail business development for Cartoon Network Enterprises, the global branding and merchandising arm of Cartoon Network, and leads all consumer product licensing business.
Miller replaces Lisa Weger, who temporarily filled in the position with her role as VP-Latin America consumer products for Cartoon Network Enterprises, which she has resumed. Miller, who works out New York City, reports to John Friend, senior VP for Cartoon Network Enterprises.
“We’ve very excited to have someone of Christina’s caliber join us this crucial launching point,” said Kim McQuilken, executive VP-Cartoon Network Enterprises and kids advertising sales and marketing, in a statement. “She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience that will certainly help us build out our brands and business.”
Miller joined Cartoon Network Enterprises from HIT Entertainment, where she worked as senior VP-brand licensing. Prior to joining HIT Entertainment, Miller worked as marketing manager at Nature’s Choice beverage company, where she supervised cause-related marketing and brand identity.
