New York-based LLKFB has named Loreen Babcock — one of the agency’s founding partners and president — chairman and CEO.
David Finkel, previously chairman and CEO at Brann Worldwide, has joined the agency in the newly created position of president and chief operating officer. Harry Koenig, the current COO and one of the agency ‘s founders, will be leaving the agency — part of Omnicom Group Inc. — to consult for start-up firms.
