Software manufacturer Unica Corp. has inked a contract with Epsilon, a marketing and billing system provider.
The multi-year agreement calls for Epsilon to train and dedicate between 40 and 50 client services team members to implement and operate Unica products for its customers. Burlington, MA-based Eplison is already planning to upgrade several of its clients to Unica
