Both the number of attendees and exhibitors at the 12th National Direct Marketing to Business Conference jumped 10% over last year.
The number of attendees rose to 1,100 from 1,000 last year, and the number of exhibitors increased to 92 from 83 at the conference, which began yesterday in Miami.
“The continued growth reflects the fact that the Internet business-to-business world is beginning to converge with the traditional direct marketing world,” said DMA president H. Robert Wientzen. “The program is better than the attendance has reflected and people have begun to catch on by word of mouth.”
