Marketing Infomatics has released a list that identifies more than 12. 4 million households in areas designated by the Federal Communications Commission for consumer media education efforts, concerning the upcoming conversion from analog to digital television technology. Households have been scored based on factors such as age, ethnicity and income to determine which households most likely to be affected the change in technology. Sources include direct mail survey data from the FCC, with additional data overlaid.
