NextMark Revs Up List Software
NextMark Inc.’s latest mailing list software update virtually eliminates manual data entry, said company president Joseph Pych.
Forty-four new enhancements have been added to software used to process orders for databases, insert media and similar functions. Several types of new report templates are available, such as payment history.
“Anyone who does database orders will really appreciate this [product] because it streamlines an extremely labor-intensive process,” Pych said in a statement.
Orders previously had to be entered for each individual list. Now orders for multiple database lists can be batched, including invoices. Additionally, each order might have taken 10 to 15 minutes to set up and verify. The new process essentially does away with data entry typing, all but eliminating errors.
Database orders can be processed automatically, a task that normally would take one person a week to handle, according to Janine Vosseler, executive vice president at 21st Century Marketing.
