The unit of sale was $50 for products used for cleaning, storing and organizing household items. Three-quarters of these customers are women, typically 50 or older, with a $70,000 average household income. The list owner participates in the American List Exchange Association. Belardi/Ostroy ALC has been managing this file.

These include Government Technology, Emergency Management, Public CIO and Texas Technology magazines, plus a new-to-market master file. Counts for these controlled circulation files range from 25,000 to 80,000 subscribers. Each targets the public sector information technology market. Chessie Lists Inc. will handle these files through the end of June.
