Ralph Stevens, a veteran list industry figure, has founded a new company, Ralph Stevens & Associates LLC.
The Boca Raton, FL-based firm will offer list management and brokerage services. It will also assist clients with database development, list enhancement and response modeling.
“My corporate mission is to help each of the companies I’ll be involved with do a much better job of generating sales and profits,” said Stevens in a statement.
Stevens was president of Woodruff-Stevens & Associates for over 20 years. And for ten years he was CEO of Stevens-Knox & Associates, which was sold to MSGI in 1999. It is now MKTG Services.
Prior to starting his list career, Stevens worked as a direct marketer at Funk & Wagnalls, Famous Artists Schools International and Prentice Hall. He also served as a mail order copywriter for Grey Advertising and Fairfax Advertising.
In addition, Stevens was a founder and president of the Mailing List Users and Suppliers Association, which later became part of the Direct Marketing Association.
