Lillian Vernon Corp. has named Richard P. Randall, the firm’s former CFO, as executive vice president. He will also serve as COO and CFO.
Randall replaces Wayne Palladino, senior vice president and CFO, who will be leaving the company May 31. Palladino will join money management firm Pzena Investment Management LLC in New York as a member of its portfolio management team.
Randall has more than 30 years’ experience in finance and operations, having held senior management positions with Coach Inc., Salant Corp., Warner Cosmetics Inc., and Revlon, Inc. He served as CFO at Lillian Vernon in 1999.
Rye, NY-based Lillian Vernon is a catalog and online retailer that markets gift, housewares, gardening, Christmas and children’s products.
