Cataloger Lands’ End, Inc. reported net income of $43.6 million results for the nine weeks ended Dec. 28, up 29% from $33.9 million for the eight-week period the year before.
Revenue for the period was $462.6 million, up 8% from $427.1 million during the prior year’s eight -week holiday season.
The additional week in this holiday period brought in $13 million in revenue but had no material impact on net income, said Lands’ End.
For the 48 weeks ended Dec. 29, net income was $64.7 million, up from $36.8 million the year before.
Revenue for the 48 weeks was $1.44 billion, an increase of 6.3% from $1.35 billion during the similar 47 week period in the prior year
