Kawasaki Taps Harte-Hanks for Customer Systems

Kawasaki Motors Corp. U.S.A. has selected Harte-Hanks to help enhance the company’s customer management and sales lead generation systems.

The budget was not disclosed.

Harte-Hanks will start off by building a contact center to handle inbound calls and assist customers in finding products and dealers.

The second includes the implementation of the company’s nexTouch Response Center, a lead management system.
