The J. Brown Agency has named Susan Arditi senior VP-director of client development, a new post.

Arditi will work out of the Stamford, CT office and be responsible for helping guide creative and account groups to build client business, the promotion marketing agency said. The position took effect March 14.
Most recently, Arditi was VP and account director at 141 Worldwide, where she managed such clients as Brown & Williamson, Allied Domecq, Schieffelin & Somerset, Unilever and Parmalat. She has also worked at TracyLocke Partnership as account supervisor on the Pepsi-Cola International account.
