Interland, a provider of online services for small and medium-sized businesses, has completed its asset acquisition of Web.com and Web Service Co. Inc from Web Internet LLC. for $4.8 million in cash and stock.
As a result, Interland will change its corporate name to Web.com Inc. during the first half of 2006.
