InfoUSA Shareholders Re-Elect Directors

Three sitting directors of data compiler infoUSA were re-elected during the company’s annual shareholder meeting, despite objections from a minority investor.

Bill Fairfield, Anshoo Gupta, and Elliot Kaplan, were each given another three-year term, garnering 62%, 62%, and 58% of the vote, respectively.

Dolphin Limited Partnership, which owns 3.6% of infoUSA’s stock, had opposed each of the directors, but unlike its actions last year the investment firm had not proposed a slate of its own.

In addition to re-electing the directors, infoUSA stockholders approved an equity incentive plan and ratified KPMG LLP as the company’s independent auditing firm.
