InfoUSA paid down $30.5 million in loans during fourth quarter 2005. Roughly $6.5 million of this was in scheduled principal payments, with the rest being a prepayment on principal.
InfoUSA had the funds to make the prepayment as a result of terminating a licensing agreement with First Data Solutions LLC. First Data had a nine-year database licensing agreement that was due to expire in 2008 with Donnelley Marketing Inc., an infoUSA property. Neither company offered a reason for ending the agreement.
