Brad C. Iversen has been hired as chief marketing officer of Kansas City, MO-based H&R Block. Iversen will join the company on Sept. 2.
Iversen had previously been executive vice president and director of marketing for Bank One Corp. At Bank One, he improved customer loyalty rates and generated double-digit sales growth in all channels.
His responsibilities at H&R Block will include managing marketing operations for the firm
