Elizabeth Arden, Inc. has signed its second licensing deal in a week to debut new fragrances. Teenage actress and singer Hilary Duff will have a new fragrance in stores across North America in fall 2006.
Last week, the skin care and cosmetics maker signed novelist Danielle Steel to launch a namesake fragrance, also next fall.
Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
The fragrance will be designed around Duff’s taste and image, the company said.
The company also markets a perfume by pop singer Britney Spears and Elizabeth Taylor.
