Grizzard Advertising, Atlanta, has opened a Canadian office in Don Mills, Ontario. Margaret Buckley, who manages The Salvation Army account in Canada for Grizzard, will head the office. Grizzard expects the Canadian office to be fully staffed and operational by mid-October.
