Garden Botanika, Inc., Redmond, WA received notice from the Nasdaq National Stock Market, Inc. that the company’s securities will cease trading on the Nasdaq National Market. The cessation took place prior to the opening of the market this morning. As previously announced, the company has been advised that it does not meet the requirements for continued listing on account of its market capitalization and continuing bid price deficiencies. The company’s securities will be eligible to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board. Garden Botanika markets botanically based cosmetic and personal care products through its 272 stores across the U.S. and its own catalog.
