FasTV Inc., Los Angeles, appointed Chuck Ball vice president of marketing and business development. Ball had been executive vice president and general manger of the Magnitude Network, a provider of Internet services to radio stations.
FasTV is a searchable video destination for businesses and consumers that will launch next month.
