Facebook Gifts Opens up to Everyone in the U.S., Could Make the Social Network $1 Billion a Year

FacebookFacebook Gifts, which launched in beta mode back in September, is now available to all the social network’s users in the U.S. As part of the rollout, Facebook is allowing users to make charitable donations to a number of nonprofit partners. The social media platform is also adding a section for wine. According to rough calculations from TechCrunch, Gifts could earn Facebook between $127.5 million and $1.02 billion per year
