Michael J. Kowalski has been named chairman of the Board at Tiffany & Co. He will retain his chief executive officer position while giving up his role as president. James E. Quinn will take over the president position, and will oversee the direct marketing, U.S. retail, business sales, store planning and international groups. The changes follow William R. Chaney
