Euro RSCG Life has acquired Esquema, an independent healthcare advertising agency, and Medea, a medical education firm. Both companies are based in Spain. Euro RSCG did not release any details regarding the acquisition.
The companies will be rebranded Euro RSCG Life Esquema and Euro RSCG Life Medea. The acquisitions give the parent companies offices in both Madrid and Barcelona, and will reinforce Euro RSCG Worldwide’s European footprint.
