The arrangement calls for eZnow insurance.com to receive 50,000 restricted shares of e financial depot.com stock, as well as to share in new business revenue generated by the site.
The acquisition will reportedly allow E financial depot.com, an investment and financial services Web portal, to provide its 550,000 online member base with life, health, auto and other insurance products.
