DVC Worldwide, a provider of integrated marketing services, has continued its buying spree by acquiring Media Designs International, a marketing company with annual capitalized billings of $33 million. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
In April, DVC purchased U.K.-based Bray Leino Group, a group of marketing companies.
