Groupe Cegedim SA, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, will acquire interactive health care technology systems company Synavant Inc., for about $35 million.
The combination of these businesses reportedly brings Paris-based Cegedim enhanced service-delivery capabilities for the U.S. market. Synavant is based in Atlanta.
