Consumer Direct of America has closed on its acquisition of Lending Services Corp. of Las Vegas.
Consumer Direct, a bank that works exclusively through telemarketing and direct mail, acquired all operating aspects of the Lending Services including its Las Vegas Mortgage Co., its five net branch offices and Las Vegas Realty Co., a real estate brokerage business.
Consumer Direct is based in Santa Ana, CA.
