Columbia House, the direct marketer of music, videos and digital videodiscs, has awarded Sitel Corp. a three-year contract to provide inbound telemarketing and customer contact services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Sitel will use English-speaking representatives in Panama City, Panama to provide Columbia House’s North American customers with customer care, billing and information services. The firm will use more than 150 workstations when implementation is completed in late 2003.
