Great Neck, NY-based CoActive Marketing Group Inc., said it expects to report a $2.6 million loss for its 2004 fiscal year, which ended March 31.
CoActive had previously announced that it anticipated reporting a profit. Its expectations changed following a consultation initiated by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Then the company decided to file with SEC to obtain an automatic 15-day extension to the filing deadline for its Form 10-K to July 15.
The change in profit expectations involves previously recognized revenue, which been counted prior to completing services offered under contract.
