Brandmovers, Inc., a provider of promotional marketing services for online, offline and mobile interactive promotions, has acquired HIP, Inc., an online interactive media company.
Harry Hallman, HIP’s CEO, has been named chief creative officer of Brandmovers. All HIP employees will be integrated into Brandmovers.
HIP’s client roster includes Cartoon Network, Red Bull, Bellsouth, CNN and IBM.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
