Be Free Inc., Marlborough, MA, will acquire TriVida Corp., a developer of online personalization technology. Be Free will exchange about 1.6 million shares of its common stock for all of the outstanding shares of TriVida. In addition, it will assume outstanding options to acquire TriVida capital stock for which up to additional 190,000 shares of Be Free common stock may be issued. The transaction is subject to the approval of TriVida’s shareholders.
