The Council of Better Business Bureaus, TrustUK and WebTraderUK have unveiled a joint complaint-handling project they hope will better ensure the safety of online consumer commerce between the U.S. Canada and the U.K.
Under the agreement, Better Business Bureaus will handle complaints between U.K. consumers and merchants in the U.S. or Canada. WebTraderUK will handle complaints from U.S. or Canadian shoppers who report problems regarding U.K. merchants.
