Joseph J. Baksha has been elected chief executive officer of Outlook Group Corp.
He succeeds Richard C. Fischer, who will continue as chairman of the Neenah, WI-based printing, packaging and direct marketing company.
Baksha has served as president and chief operating officer of Outlook since 1996 and was elected to the board in 1998. He has spent the majority of his career in the printing and packing industry, previously holding executive positions with Alusuisee Flexible Packaging and Washburn International.
